MEET THE CHEF
Inthila Souphanh, nicknamed Pern, has served as the Head Chef of Amphone Restaurant for the past nine years. Her passion for cooking roots from her childhood, where she would help her parents prepare traditional Lao dishes for their family and friends. One of her favorite dishes to prepare (and enjoy!) is the Bamboo Shoot Soup because of its delicious and full-bodied flavor consisting of a variety of ingredients such as yanang, mushroom and pumpkin. Pern looks forward to what the future holds for Amphone Restaurant and hopes to continue as Head Chef for many years to come.
